Project description
The soul and image of the hotel have been changed thanks to a new main entrance on the lake side with a little square connected to the main facility. This new entrance, has changed us into a real “lake hotel”, combining with the landscape of the new promenade realized by the town of Malgrate. In addition, a storage room for bicycles has been set up, with the possibility to rent them, and a small maintenance and recharge station for eBikes to promote cycle tourism, and offer alternative options to visit the territory in a green way An additional step to become a Green Hotel was the replacement of the heating boiler with a new, technologically advanced condensing one, as per the ECOLABEL guide lines, a certification to which we refer to to achieve our target. Finally, to improve even more the image of the hotel, underground parking were built, and they allow to conceal the parked cars from view, giving more space to the green areas of the hotel.

The project is part of a development plan that we consider to be ongoing, because, in a touristic
market in constant evolution, the companies that want to be leaders on the territory need to
anticipate trends and submit more and more innovative solutions
Project description
To become unique on the territory providing a big, already existing, terrace, with suitable equipment (sunbeds, chairs, showers…) and a whirlpool hot tub so that our guests can spend relaxing moments in a magical environment and enjoy elegant furniture and a breathtaking view during summertime. To use technology as a tool to handle customer relations and our internal organization, in fact building a functional IT system is important to manage our image through modern communication methods and to ensure a modern management of the company. In the ordinary process of room renovation that takes place every year, we thought about creating two very unique kind of rooms, using of unusual and romantic furniture and providing each terrace with a hot tub.
